Terms of Service - Punk Pirates

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application Punk Pirates, developed and published by Slowyn Games. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the app.

1. Definitions

• “App” refers to Punk Pirates.
• “We”, “Us”, or “Company” refers to Slowyn Games.
• “You” or “User” refers to any individual using the App.
• “Store(s)” refers to Google Play and the Apple App Store.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for individuals aged 13 years or older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. License and Access

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4. Account and Authentication

You may access the App via:

• A guest session
• A third-party login (Google, Apple, or Facebook)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activities performed under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs or use cheats/hacks
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Use the App for unlawful or malicious purposes
• Harass or abuse other players or engage in toxic behavior

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your access to the App for any violation of these rules.

6. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

• The App includes optional in-app purchases of virtual items (e.g., characters, animations).
• Purchases are non-refundable and have no real-world monetary value.
• All payments are processed through the relevant Store and are subject to its terms.
• Slowyn Games does not provide direct billing and has no access to your payment information.

7. Advertising

The App may display third-party ads. These may be personalized depending on your settings and device preferences. You can manage ad tracking from your device’s privacy settings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in the App — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and code — are the exclusive property of Slowyn Games or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services to enable features such as analytics, authentication, or advertising.

These external services may collect and process certain data as part of their operations. We do not control how these third parties operate, and their use of your data is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or practices of these services. However, we make reasonable efforts to select providers that adhere to industry-standard security and privacy practices.

10. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, without notice, if:

• You breach these Terms
• You engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity
• Your behavior disrupts other users or the App environment
• We are required to do so for legal or technical reasons

Upon termination, your license is automatically revoked and you must stop using the App.

11. Updates, Modifications, and Service Availability

We may update, modify, or remove features of the App at any time, including disabling certain functionalities or suspending the service, temporarily or permanently, for maintenance, legal compliance, technical improvements, or business decisions.

We do not guarantee that the App or any part of it will always be available or function without interruption.

If the App is permanently discontinued, we will provide notice via the App or on our official website, when reasonably possible.

12. Beta Features

The App may include experimental or beta features that are still under development and may be unstable or incomplete. These features are provided “as is” and may be modified or removed at any time without notice.

By using such features, you accept the risk of bugs, data loss, or unexpected behavior.

13. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slowyn Games shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profit, or business opportunities
• Issues arising from use or inability to use the App

14. Regional Legal Disclosures

These Terms are designed to comply with global regulations. However, if mandatory local laws apply to you as a consumer, such laws will prevail where applicable.

For European Union residents: you may have additional statutory rights under EU consumer law which are not affected by these Terms.

15. Dispute Resolution

If you experience any issues, concerns, or wish to raise a complaint related to the App, you must first contact us via the in-app support form located in the Settings menu of the game.

We will do our best to resolve the issue in a timely and fair manner.

Only if a resolution cannot be reached through this internal process may you initiate formal legal action. Any legal dispute shall be governed by the laws of France, with exclusive jurisdiction assigned to the courts of Paris, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
